Born in 1959. Wenhao Huang is the founder of ETAT, an organization aiming to discover and encourage diverse forms of art in Taiwan. He also established the first contemporary art website in Taiwan. In 1998, he established ETAT TV Web Site with Alf Chang, the first TV Web Site mainly covering art news and documented events. In 2000, he established ETAT LAB with Alf Chang and Fred Huang. | ||||
