Born in 1968. Alf Chang initiated the band “Taipei O.K.” with members of “431” in 1994 and was invited to perform at the “Ragged Lives Festival” and the “Marathon of Art.” He was also appointed to be the chief producer for “Hakka Sentiment”, the 4th annual culture festival of the Yulong. In 1997, he set up the ETAT TV Web Site with Wenhao Huang and was appointed as the director. He also initiated ?ETAT LAB?with Fred Wang and Wenho Chang in 2000. His CD “Come on Singing” was released in Taiwan in 1996, and the EP ”Forever Love” (produced by Kobayashi Kensuke ) was released only in Japan. | ||||
